Comment: HDCandy "South East Asia" Vol.1 (HD-DVD/DVD Combo Disc) I have the soundtrack of this DVD on a continuous loop playing on speakers in my bedroom while I sleep. After years of chronic insomnia, I found that it helps me relax and focus on the music rather than things that keep me awake. It helps get me to sleep, and if I wake up, the music helps me get back to sleep. Unlike other sleep CDs that become boring after hearing the same tune a thousand times, this soundtrack offers organic sounds that transition seamlessly from one track to the other. As an added benefit, the music acts as a buffer (like white noise, but better) that muffles outside sounds that often wake you up. I recommend this highly for improved sleep and relaxation. This disc has been looping for almost a week on my LCD screen. I discovered this playing on the Best Buy panels, im happy that its finally available on disc.
