I would rate it 5 stars, except that I need to really blend it to make a milk without clumps. I think this is the nature of the product, so I want people to be aware of that. This product is excellent as a coffee creamer and in cooked cereal as milk and a light sweetener. You do have to make it up with warm water and then pour it in for both to dissolve it.
