Editorial Reviews: Our #320 Grit Blue-Black Shapton Professional Ceramic Water Stone is designed for the professional. It will rapidly remove material to fix chips and change the overall shape of the edge and leave a finer scratch pattern than coarser stones. This stone is fired to a high temperature with a mixture of very coarse #320 abrasive and a clay binder. Unlike other water stones, it does not require soaking prior to use. Simply add water to the surface and start sharpening. It is 8-1/4" x 2-3/4" x 5/8" and is shipped in a plastic storage case that can be used as a stone holder while sharpening. The base has rubber feet to give a non-slip working surface.
