Customer Rating: Summary: Thanks! Comment: The adapters work great, thanks so much! They came in just in time for my trip! Customer Rating: Summary: False advertisement, i.e. "Continental Europe" Comment: The product allegedly works all over Continental Europe, with a long list of qualifying countries, including Austria, given in the description. But when I took this adapter plug to Europe, it did not fit the outlet designs at my hotels in Salzburg or Vienna. It also failed in Prague--I'll let that slide, however, since the Czech Republic wasn't specifically advertised. Worked like a charm in Venice, though! Customer Rating: Summary: flimsy stuff Comment: i bought 3 of these since they were cheap, and it's a good thing i did since they're also cheaply made. one of them broke on the first day of my week long trip and another one broke before the week was over. the price should have been an indicator of the workmanship but i'm a sucker for a bargain I guess :-) Customer Rating: Summary: Adapter plug for Europe Comment: These plugs are much nicer than the generic ones, suitable for gifts such as digital photo frames! Customer Rating: Summary: Does what it says on the tin Comment: Does exactly what it says on the tin... good quality and the best price I could find with a decent delivery time. If you are on a hurry because of a trip to Europe don't do ebay.
Furthermore you can use it in the UK and Ireland too... it is a bit tricky I admit but by pressing the ground plug with a pen you can slide the contacts of this plug in and connect your US plug to it. Good solution if you stay only a few days in the UK.
