Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Minor quality control problem Comment: Wanting flat wooden wind chimes to balance my cylindrical black metal chimes, I ordered both the large and medium size of this product. The sound is quite pleasing and the color in nice. Only glitch was that the two wooden cross bars, which I chose to face outward, were not parallel and quite irksome to look at. After several days outdoors however, the cords began to stretch and I was able to make them parallel. Looks great now, reasonably priced, with nothing similar available locally. More Reviews
