Customer Rating: Summary: Not bad for an ad Comment: Saw this album advertised on TV (PBS?); liked it and bought it. Very enjoyable. Customer Rating: Summary: Regina Spektor meets broadway! Comment: Her vocals are incredible! She has a magical voice that casts a spell on you and doesn't let go. I initially heard her on the radio at a cafe in Edinburgh. A couple months later, I saw a review in a Chicago paper. Bought the CD and came home. I spent weeks listening to her and buying up the rest of her songs. She has a very impressive range, genuine spirit that shines through in her songs. Truly someone I would pay to see over and over! Customer Rating: Summary: A great beginning for a talented artist! Comment: Katie Melua possesses singing talent, for sure. But there's more here. Her melancholy, far-off voice transforms these songs into a wonderful tapestry of emotional love, loss and longing. Bravo! Customer Rating: Summary: CD of Katie Melua, Call off the Search Comment: I have not yet received the product. On your e-mail confirmation you typed next to the city of destination "Carimate" Como, which is the province but also a city. Customer Rating: Summary: Think: Cocktail Music / Wedding Receptions Comment: OK, I have nothing against Norah Jones, but it's nice to change up the music and "mix it up" - I think mixing in Katie's CD for cocktail music is perfect!!! It has that sound that's just right and enjoyable as guests mingle. Make sure you at least listen to this CD -- and hopefully you'll end up buying it! It's great. It's even a nice 'cozy' CD for couples to play as they spend the night inside together :)
