Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Overpriced Magazine Article Comment: In another review, someone mentioned this seemed like a magazine article. That is pretty much the amount of detail you get with this book. There are some interesting tid-bits, but overall, I didn't think the recommendations were that great. Also one shop mentioned in the book that I looked for, I couldn't find. If this book were $5 USD, I would probably have given it three stars b/c I would have spent about that on a magazine with an article on Hanoi. For $9 USD, it's not worth the money. Customer Rating: Summary: The New Hanoi Comment: This Hanoi guide offers new insight of the new modern hotels, clubs, and architecture of this city. I would recommend this guide if you are visiting Hanoi within 24 hrs, but no more that that. This book doesn't give details about where to go.
